When ordering food for the value of £1000 + Vat this beverage service includes dedicated wine staff for a 3 hour shift – appropriate glasses and refrigeration will bebrought to the venue. We clear the waste and recycle the bottles. Unopened bottles in a resale condition can be returned to us. Includes ice and wine buckets for tables. Alternatively these services can be purchased separately.

11. Ladera Verde Sauvignon Blanc, Chile A fresh, dry and vibrant wine with the grassy and gooseberry fruit characters typical of the Sauvignon Blanc grape.
12. Montagny Premier Cru Chateau de la Saule, Burgundy The Chateau de la Saule produces some of the best white wines from the appellation Montagny. The estate is around thirty acres in size and is run with great attention to detail by Alain Roy-Thevenin. Complex and subtle with long intense flavours on the palate.
13. Mersault Les Vireuils Domaine Dupont Fahn, Burgundy Jean Marc is a talented young winemaker, who runs the Domaine started by Jean Baptiste Oillot in 1910. Jean Marc took over the ten hectare Domaine from his father in 1991 and produces ripe, well balanced and stylish wines with plenty of fruit and depth. This wine is just what white Burgundy is all about.

Bar Service Pack Where you are not purchasing beverages from Pembertons. This pack has all the accoutrements to make your bar (that you are supplying the beverages for) run smoothly. Priced for up to 80 guests approximately including: Ice Buckets for the bar & Ice – Lemon – Lime – Melon – Cucumber – Mint – Salt – Corkscrews – drip trays - Covering for the table being utilized for the bar – bar jugs – measures – trays.
Glass Hire (Polished per glass – return dirty) Glass hire is for when you are not purchasing wine or bar beverages from Pembertons and you are providing your own drinks.You may choose an alternative glass provider without penalty. Pemberton price is per polished glass ready to use on the place setting etc. You will be charged £0.40 per glass if the glass you hire arrives unpolished. This covers the staff time from Pemberton to bring the glass up to standard.
Bar Refrigeration Hire This is for where you are not purchasing bar beverages from Pemberton. You may choose an alternative provider without penalty to hire from. Glass Front Bar Refrigeration. Priced for up to 80 guests approximately. Our staff will place it in situ when hired through Pemberton.
