Pipers crisps - simply the best hand baked crisp around - made in Lincolnshire by farmers who know a thing or two about this humble vegetable - gluten free and suitable for vegetarians

Bison from Bouverie Lodge.   Another farm we have had the pleasure of visiting located in Nether Broughton.  The farmer owners are passionate about their animals and have an immense knowledge about the breed.  Bison is very filling as well as tasty as it is very high in protein. Bison Burgers make for a real talking point at any outdoor event.

Mixture of Local Cheeses from many producers in the area such as Colston Basset, Buxton Blue, Dovedale, Stilton & of course our very favourite of traditional cheddars Lincolnshire Poacher .

Fresh Fruit from Freshpak located in Derby.   We also have locally grown produce from smaller market gardens for that incredible 'tomato just picked' taste

Belvoir drinks - again these have been a hit with all that have had the tough task of taste testing.  Cranberry - Ginger Beer and Elderflower all got a big thumbs up from the team here

Selection of wines from Weavers Wine.   This wine merchant comes with a knowledge that has fashioned our wine list immeasurably - thanks Mary!

Our meats come from a variety of local butchers including Maloneys,Woods and Owen Taylor.

Greeting Cakes from Greetings for Eating.  Hidden away in Boughton in North Nottinghamshire this company creates tiny fruit cakes as favors for wedding place settings - message cakes and corporate logo cakes.  They also produce the forever friends chocolates.
