Pemberton staff follow the guidelines as set out by the Vegetarian Society.   As such we use as much local produce as possible.   Cheeses are vegetarian suitable. Animal Refining agents are not used and products are checked for this.  Separate work stations, refrigeration and equipment guarantee no contamination with meat and fish. There are a range of vegetarian wines available too.
